Customer's reviews
I recently had the pleasure of using MBM for my transportation needs, and I was thoroughly impressed by their exceptional service.
The team at MBM was absolutely amazing. They were punctual, courteous, and consistently went the extra mile to ensure my comfort and safety throughout the journey. Their attention to detail was truly impressive.
The vehicle provided was impeccably clean and well-maintained, and the driver was not only highly skilled but also incredibly friendly and accommodating. This level of service exceeded my expectations, and I would wholeheartedly recommend MBM to anyone in need of transportation services.

This medical transportation company and its owner, Mike, took care of my transportation needs on 5/28,5/29, 5/30, and 6/9. They were complex and included pick up in Imlay City, drop off at my hotel in Dearborn, surgery in Southfield with overnight stay, return a week later for follow up and then drop off in Utica.
All was coordinated by Mike and each driver was on time, friendly and helpful.
I appreciated the continual communication by Mike confirming each trip’s pick up/
drop off times including the driver’s name, type and color of vehicle and associated time.
I would trust them again for any transportation needs I might have in the future.
