This medical transportation company and its owner, Mike, took care of my transportation needs on 5/28,5/29, 5/30, and 6/9. They were complex and included pick up in Imlay City, drop off at my hotel in Dearborn, surgery in Southfield with overnight stay, return a week later for follow up and then drop off in Utica. All was coordinated by Mike and each driver was on time, friendly and helpful. I appreciated the continual communication by Mike confirming each trip’s pick up/ drop off times including the driver’s name, type and color of vehicle and associated time. I would trust them again for any transportation needs I might have in the future. ~ Molly D

MBM one of the best transport services I’ve ever been a part of they have taken care of me better then other friend rides . My driver was incredible!! Mike the owner is incredible!! I used MBM for the first time recently. Mike transported my wheelchair bound husband to a medical appt. He was very friendly yet professional and punctual with both the pickup and drop-off (both ways). He always communicated well with both phone calls and text messages and my husband was very comfortable with the ride (side ramp, very convenient). Competitive rates. MBM Transportation Company comes highly recommended. I have to be honest with you. I was extremely scared and unsure, if I could be comfortable being driven to my appointments, then picked up and returned home. Especially, since I am 4-months post surgery and I am experiencing pain and swelling. I needed to make sure I was comfortable and secure with your transportation services. The day before my appointment, I received a text message confirming my date for service and appointment time. After my 1st appointment I was impressed by Ms. Kittie, professionalism and the MBM Transportation Company. The driver (Ms. Kittie) arrived early to pick me up for my appointment. I was driven safely to my appointment and I arrived early to my appointments. I was given updates and I was informed with ETA, traffic and safety on the road. Ms. Kittie, is a cautious and courteous driver. She respects other drivers on the road. She believes in treating others with kindness. Ms. Kittie leads with the spirit of gratitude. Exceptional service for a ride home after surgery from a local hospital.
